1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of dailybalancepath.pl, including articles, schedules, checklists, downloadable-style guides, contact forms, and related website features. By using the website, a visitor agrees to follow these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the site. Daily Balance Path is an informational editorial project based in Wrocław, Poland. It does not provide e-commerce, payment, subscription billing, or a marketplace. Additional terms may be displayed for a particular optional feature. If those feature-specific terms conflict with this document, the more specific terms apply to that feature to the extent of the conflict.
2. Informational nature of content
All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Articles explain ordinary lifestyle topics such as daily movement, flexibility, balanced meal planning, rest, and routine organisation. Content is not personalised guidance and does not account for every reader’s circumstances, abilities, preferences, or existing commitments. Readers remain responsible for deciding whether an activity or food idea is appropriate for them. Start with a comfortable pace, keep movement slow and controlled, and stop any activity that feels unsuitable. Where a significant change is being considered, seek appropriate individual guidance from a qualified professional.
3. No guarantees
Daily Balance Path aims to provide clear and useful material but does not guarantee a particular personal result, uninterrupted availability, or that every article will suit every visitor. Examples, composite reader scenarios, time estimates, and sample schedules illustrate possible ways to organise a routine; they are not promises. The website may contain typographical errors, incomplete information, or content that becomes outdated. We may correct, replace, reorganise, or remove material without prior notice. A visitor should not rely on the website as the sole source for a decision that requires individual assessment.
4. Permitted use
Visitors may access pages for personal, non-commercial reading and may save or print reasonable extracts for personal planning. Website use must remain lawful and must not interfere with security, availability, or other visitors. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, overwhelming the service, scraping at a disruptive rate, bypassing access controls, impersonating another person, using the contact form for spam, or submitting content that is unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or infringes another person’s rights. Automated access requires prior written permission unless it is ordinary search-engine indexing that respects robots.txt.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, original text, schedules, visual arrangements, brand name, and locally created illustrations are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Except for the limited personal use permission above, no right is transferred to a visitor. Republishing full articles, removing attribution, selling copies, creating a confusingly similar service, or using Daily Balance Path materials in advertising requires prior written permission. Short quotations may be used where permitted by law, provided they are accurate, proportionate, and accompanied by clear attribution. Third-party names or resources remain the property of their respective owners.
6. User messages and submissions
A visitor may submit questions, corrections, or topic suggestions through the contact form. The visitor confirms that the message is accurate to the best of their knowledge, does not contain harmful code, and does not unlawfully disclose another person’s information. The visitor retains ownership of original submission content but grants Daily Balance Path a non-exclusive permission to use the ideas, without identifying details, for editorial planning and to respond to the request. We are not required to publish, answer, or adopt every suggestion. We may remove or disregard messages that are abusive, repetitive, promotional, or unrelated to the site.
7. External links and third-party services
Articles may refer to external websites for additional information. A link does not mean that Daily Balance Path controls, endorses, or guarantees the external service. External pages can change without notice and may apply separate terms, privacy practices, cookies, or accessibility standards. Visitors use third-party services at their own discretion. Google Fonts and the Tailwind delivery network may support page presentation; their availability is outside our direct control. Daily Balance Path is not responsible for loss caused solely by a third-party outage or by content published on an unrelated website.
8. Availability, changes and suspension
We may maintain, update, or temporarily suspend the website to improve security, correct errors, or change editorial structure. Access may also be affected by hosting problems, network events, maintenance, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We do not promise continuous access. We may restrict a visitor’s use when there is a reasonable belief that the terms have been breached, the service is being attacked, or restriction is necessary to protect other users. Site features and content categories may be changed or discontinued. Existing legal pages remain available when reasonably possible so visitors can understand the rules that applied.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Balance Path is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website information, interruption, loss of browser preferences, or external links. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility arising from intentional misconduct where applicable. The visitor is responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, checking that a planned activity fits their circumstances, and keeping copies of information they choose to submit. The website is supplied on an “as available” basis without an implied promise that every feature will be error-free.
10. Governing framework, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by applicable Polish law, together with mandatory consumer and data protection rules that apply to the visitor. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve a dispute by written communication describing the issue and the requested outcome. Nothing in this clause removes a mandatory right to use a competent court or public authority. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a term immediately is not a waiver. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or by post to 38 Willow Avenue, 50-521 Wrocław, Poland.
